Refund Policy

Digital downloads are final sale

All digital products on The Truckers Domain (PDFs, spreadsheets, templates, kits) are delivered immediately on purchase. Because the product is in your hands the moment payment clears, we do not offer refunds on digital downloads.

Exceptions we will honor

• Failed delivery. If the download link doesn’t work, the file is corrupted, or you cannot access the file you paid for, email us within 14 days and we will either fix the delivery or refund the purchase.
• Duplicate charge. If our payment processor charged you twice for the same order, we will refund the duplicate immediately.
• Wrong product purchased. If you bought Product A but meant Product B, contact us within 7 days. We will swap the order at no charge if the price matches, or apply the price as credit toward the correct product.

How to request

Email Support@TheTruckersDomain.com with your order number, the product name, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within two business days.

Statutory rights

This policy does not override statutory consumer protection rights in your jurisdiction. If your local law gives you broader refund rights for digital products, those rights apply.
