Digital downloads

• Once delivered, digital products are licensed to the buyer for use in their own trucking operation.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage our templates as your own product.
• You may share completed forms internally with your drivers, dispatchers, and accountant.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password secure. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Site availability

We aim for high uptime but make no warranty of uninterrupted service. We may take the site down for maintenance, security updates, or content rebuilds.
